What are your charges?

We don't charge any call-out fees. All our work is quoted prior to work commencing or completed on our hourly rate. Please get in touch with your inquiry, and we'll happily advise on costs.

How can I get an estimate for some plumbing work?

How quickly can you send an engineer?

Depending on the level of urgency, we would aim to send an engineer the same day if you have an emergency leak. All other visits would be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

What should I do if I get a water leak?

To help minimize water damage to your property, we would advise turning off your mains supply and opening all taps to fully drain the system. Then call Woodhouse, and one of our experts will attend to fix the leak.
