Do I need to service my boiler?
We strongly advise you to service your boiler every 12 months. This keeps the boiler working at its highest efficacy, ensures safety, and also keeps your manufacturer's warranty valid.
We don't charge any call-out fees. All our work is quoted prior to work commencing or completed on our hourly rate. Please get in touch with your enquiry, and we'll happily advise on costs.
Do you complete Landlord gas safety certificates?
Yes, we can complete landlord safety certificates for all gas appliances.
Are you able to help with LPG, Natural Gas, and Oil systems?
Please complete our 'make a booking' form, and we will be in touch with the next steps for all estimates and quotations. Our heating engineers are fully qualified and trained in all LPG, Natural Gas, and Oil systems.
What heating accreditations do you have?
All our Gas Safe engineers are on the Gas Safe Register, and all our Oil Engineers are accredited by Oftec.
How quickly can you send an engineer?
Depending on the level of urgency, we would aim to send an engineer the same day if you had no heating or hot water (this is dependent on current demand). All other visits would be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Do you complete boiler & heating repairs?
Yes, our expert engineers can complete boiler and heating repairs.
Can you service my hot water cylinder?
Our expert engineers can also service your unvented hot water system.
